The Way To Go : Meditation

One of the best way to achieve peace, happiness and harmony is regular Meditation.

Meditation is nothing but conneting with oneself.
It is looking within.

It helps one to live in present rather oscillate between past and future.

There are many ways to meditate as described by different Gurus.

However, one of the simple and most widely suggested one is to observe your breath.

Just sit in a peaceful place in an erect posture and observe your breath.
Don't alter you pace of inhalation or exhalation. It has to be natural.

You just observe it.

As you do this more and more it will guide you on what to do next. You need not seek any external guidance.
